The Fifth Regional Telecommunications Congress is a high-level event, which brings together the most important regional authorities of the industry, including executives and representatives of both the public and private telecommunications sector. The organizing committee has created a special registration system that considers all the logistic details to ensure the delegates a pleasant and safe stay during the event.
Please consider that this event does not include paid passes. Two registration alternatives are considered:
REGISTRATION BY INVITATION ONLY

The organizing committee will send a personal registration invitation to the delegate.

Once the delegate receives the invitation, he/she has to complete and submit the registration form that is on the tab DELEGATE REGISTRATION on the event website.

Once the form is submitted, the delegate will receive a registration code which will be required at the registration desk. With this code, the delegate will receive the event’s badge to access the meetings and social activities during the event.

If the delegate cannot attend the event, he/she may transfer the invitation to a colleague chosen by him/her by filling out the registration form. The registration form will be attached to the original invitation.

If you are interested in attending the event and you have not received a registration invitation, please send an email at info@clt2017.org and your request will be analysed by the organizing committee.

In the Delegate Registration section, please fill out the registration form with your personal information. Please note that sending the invitation application is NOT a confirmation of your registration for the Fifth Regional Telecommunications Congress.

The organizing committee will analyse the invitation application. If the application is accepted, the organizing committee will send you an invitation confirmation with a personal and non-transferable registration code.

The registration code will be required at the registration desk.

With this registration code, each delegate will receive the event’s badge to access the meetings and social activities during the event.

If the invitation application is rejected, the organizing committee will inform the applicant.
